GBC Motorsports' Dylan Dixon Podiums at Quad-X

Anaheim, Calif. – July 17, 2012 – It was a warm and sunny weekend out at Glen Helen Raceway in San Bernardino, CA for the 6^th and 7^th rounds of the 2012 Yamaha Quad-X Racing Series. GBC Motorsports’ Dylan Dixon took on the Pro-Am class competition as the series moved into the second half of the season.

GBC’s Dylan Dixon has been steadily building a solid 2012 racing season and his performances at Glen Helen have established him as one of the region’s most talented up-and-coming racers. Dixon finished 2^nd and 6^th in Round 6 of the series for an overall 4^th place on Saturday. He fared even better on Sunday with a 2^nd and 3^rd place finish for an overall 2^nd place in Round 7.

Dixon’s successful races are partly a byproduct of his ability to lay down a quick start. Dylan took the holeshot in the second moto on Saturday and was among the top 3 starters in all other motos thanks in part to his GBC Motorsports Bomb Squad MX tires.

Dixon’s impressive weekend of racing pushes him within 12 points of the Pro-Am leader as the series travels to Speedworld MX in Surprise, AZ for a special Saturday night event on September 29^th.
