At the core of the Honda 250X is the Sport Clutch, which allows the motor to be disengaged automatically or manually, and gives the machine very broad appeal. The Honda has a longitudinal crank and a driveshaft, which is unique in this price range. The 250X is actually a very sophisticated mechanically, but still not a very hard-edged performance machine.
