2011 YAMAHA YFZ450X ($8599)

A year after the YFZ450R, Yamaha gave the same treatment to an off-road version. It got the aluminum frame and the Mikuni EFI system. It also got extremely high-level suspension components. It would have won our cross-country shootout easily if it only had reverse.
